Payment and order status

When EN-US paid checkout becomes active, payment and order status questions should also be checked through the checkout provider identified on the purchase confirmation.

Digital access

After a future purchase is confirmed, follow the delivery instructions sent by the checkout provider or Alfa Kids. Check spam and junk folders if an expected email does not appear.

Institutional use

For questions about use in a church, school, ministry, class, group, or event, review the License page and email Alfa Kids if a separate permission is needed.

Security

Never send a password, authentication code, login code, or complete payment-card number by email or direct message. Use only the checkout linked from the official Alfa Kids website when EN-US sales are activated.
